Todd F. Sanders has been practicing law in Virginia since 1989. He is a former Virginia prosecutor and a veteran of over 150 jury trials. Since bringing his knowledge and skill to the aid of the accused, he has capably handled numerous high–profile felony criminal defense matters. He handles the defense of less serious crimes such as DWIs and other traffic matters on a daily basis as well as various civil matters. He is often consulted by the media for his opinions on complex cases. Mr. Sanders has served as an adjunct professor at George Washington University Law School for ten years teaching trial advocacy.

Tracy S. Kissler has over 20 years' experience as an attorney. The majority of those years have been concentrated in the areas of commercial and consumer debt collection, civil litigation and construction law. She represents subcontractors, suppliers, doctors and other professionals, businesses and individuals in all aspects of debt collection including preparation and litigation of mechanic's liens and payment bond claims, general breach of contract litigation and dispute resolution in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
